The short version: the price on the menu is the price you pay. The rest is detail.
THE MENU IS THE PRICE
Tunnel washes cost what the menu says, plus $5 for trucks and large SUVs. Detail and coating prices are approved by you in writing before we start, and they do not change once we do.
MEMBERSHIPS
Plans renew monthly on the day you joined. Cancel online, at any pay station or by text, and you keep washing until the end of the paid month. No contract, no cancellation fee.
PAYMENT
Card, cash or a fleet account. Coatings over $1,000 pay 30% when you book, the rest at pickup. Memberships are billed to a card on file.
WARRANTY
Ceramic coatings carry a written warranty for 2 or 5 years, depending on the package, with a yearly inspection wash. Details are guaranteed for 48 hours: if we missed a spot, bring it back.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
If you think the tunnel damaged your car, tell the attendant before you leave the lot. We review the video and pay for the repair if the tunnel caused it.
