WHAT WE KEEP
Your name, phone number, the car and its plate if you have a membership, the card that pays for the plan, and the details we did. That is what a car wash needs to open the gate and honor the warranty.
WHY WE KEEP IT
To call you back, to text a price, to bill your membership, and to honor the coating warranty and the damage policy. Nothing else.
WHO SEES IT
The detail desk, the membership desk, our payment processor and our accountant. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Quotes for one year. Membership and coating records for seven years, because the warranty and the IRS both need them.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. Write to hello@bajadacarwash.com and you get an answer within 30 days.
